Buyers who need certification evidence should state the project and supplier-qualification requirement. A specific claim is provided only when the certificate-holder legal entity, certificate number, scope, validity, and certificate document or issuing-body evidence all match. Contact Our Quality Team

Quality management covers design review, process control, test validation, production traceability and continuous improvement. Project-specific procedures, records and supplier-qualification evidence are checked against the request; certification claims are provided only after the certificate holder and evidence are fully matched.

FAI validates agreed dimensional, visual, soldering and functional items on initial samples before volume production. Inspection scope and release criteria follow the project files and confirmed quality requirements.

Material batches, key process records and test results can be recorded according to project scope. Available fields, retrieval method and retention requirements are confirmed during project review.

SPC monitors the key process parameters and trends agreed for the project. Control items, alert rules, response actions and required records follow the confirmed control plan.

When a project or customer requires 8D, the team records problem definition, containment, root cause, corrective action, verification and prevention. Delivery timing is confirmed for the project.

Temperature, duration, load and cycling conditions are defined from the product application, risk and customer-specified standard. The test plan and acceptance criteria are confirmed before execution.
