Necessary cookies support website security, forms and language features. Until you consent, we do not request Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 or Google Ads, and we do not retain analytics or advertising attribution identifiers.

With analytics consent, Google Analytics 4 helps us understand page usage. With advertising consent, we may retain Google click identifiers and measure RFQ conversions. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, attachments or message content to these tools.

Google may process approved data in the European Economic Area or other regions under applicable data-protection safeguards. You may change or withdraw consent at any time through “Cookie Settings” in the footer; withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.

RFQ attachments are stored outside the public website directory. Download links are issued only through operational notification workflows for the intended sales and engineering recipients.

The download endpoint uses an expiring signed token. However, anyone who receives a forwarded valid link could access the corresponding file, so recipients should not forward download links.

Signed links currently expire 7 days after generation; if the configuration changes, the later operational notice applies. Link expiry prevents further download through that link; it does not delete the stored file.

No automatic deletion schedule is currently represented by the website system. Actual retention follows business and legal needs, and deletion can be requested through sales@keepbestems.com.
