A part description is not always enough to buy the correct component. Manufacturer part numbers, package, approved alternatives and customer-owned items need to be explicit. We connect sourcing questions with engineering so a substitution does not silently change the product.

Send the inputs you have
Start with your BOM, PCB or assembly data, target quantities and the checks the product needs. Include firmware, mechanical drawings or a sample description when they are relevant. If the package is incomplete, tell us what is available so we can identify the next step.
Engineering requirements
Review component handling and sourcing evidence
Agree the permitted sourcing channels and the traceability and incoming-verification evidence required for critical parts. For moisture-sensitive components, review packaging condition, moisture-sensitivity identification, exposure history and storage or drying requirements against the component supplier’s instructions. Identify any missing records before the material is accepted for the build.
