How to evaluate a PCBA manufacturer
Compare suppliers using the same product, volume assumptions and evidence requests. A useful answer identifies the responsible factory, process and deliverable.

Example: compare two suppliers using the same BOM revision and FCT requirement. A lower price that excludes fixture development is a different offer, not a like-for-like saving.
